Ryan Clinton is an appellate attorney in Austin, Texas, a partner at the law firm Hankinson LLP, and a former Assistant Texas Solicitor General.
In 2005, Clinton founded FixAustin.org, a grassroots nonprofit organization aimed at establishing No-Kill in the city of Austin. He played a crucial role in Austin’s early No-Kill movements, working tirelessly to bring No–Kill to the City Council agenda, lobbying for the optimal placement of Austin’s new animal shelter, and working closely with Dr. Jefferson when she first began her efforts to convert Austin Pets Alive! into a true No-Kill shelter.
Ryan Clinton was a 2009 recipient of the No-Kill Advocacy Center’s Henry Bergh Leadership Award and continues to speak regularly on animal advocacy throughout the country.
